Trainer & Assessor
About the Role
Due to a significant increase in demand, Eureka are seeking experienced HC/MC Trainers and Assessors to join our respected team on a full-time basis.
This role will report to the Training Manager and collaborates closely with the Eureka Team.
About You
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- MC (Multi Combination) & HC (Heavy Combination) Licence.
- HR (Heavy Rigid) manual licence or higher (minimum of 3 years in WA).
- Possession of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
- Department of Transport qualifications as a Qualified Instructor and Assessor (e.g., Blue Book).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals of all ages and genders.
- Positive attitude towards customer service with excellent interpersonal skills.
- High standards of professionalism and punctuality.
