Trainer & Assessor
About the Role
Due to continued growth and increased demand, Eureka are seeking Trainers and Assessors who have their truck licence (ideally MC) to join our well‑established and respected team. Opportunities are available on a full‑time, part‑time or casual basis.
Reporting to the Training Delivery Lead, you will work collaboratively with the broader Eureka team to deliver high‑quality training and assessment services, ensuring compliance and positive learner outcomes.
About You
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Training experience.
- Current HR (Heavy Rigid) manual licence or higher (minimum of 3 years in WA).
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with learners of all ages and backgrounds.
- Customer‑focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- High standards of professionalism, reliability and punctuality.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:
- Truck training experience.
- HC (Heavy Combination) and/or MC (Multi Combination) licence.
- Department of Transport accreditation as a Qualified Instructor & Assessor (e.g. Blue Book).
