About the Role

Due to a sustained increase in demand, Eureka are seeking a 4WD Trainer & Assessors to join our well-established and respected team on a full-time basis.

This role will report to Training Delivery Lead and collaborates closely with the Bellevue Team.

About You

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

CERT IV in Training and Assessing (TAE40116).
C-Class WA Driver’s Licence or higher.
Preferred: TLIA1001 Secure Cargo and TLID2004 Load and Unload Goods/Cargo.
Safety-oriented, with a commitment to following and promoting Make Safe guidelines.
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
Confident in presenting course theory and practicals to individuals or groups.
High level of professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Demonstration of high-level interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:

Experience and knowledge in 4WD, UTV, defensive driving and vehicle recovery.
Certificate of Competency in TLIC2025, RIIVEH305F and FWPCOT3259.
Experience in an industry-based RTO or in an in-house training role.
Participation in ASQA audit.
