Trainer & Assessor
About the Role
This role will report to Training Delivery Lead and collaborates closely with the Bellevue Team.
About You
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- CERT IV in Training and Assessing (TAE40116).
- C-Class WA Driver’s Licence or higher.
- Preferred: TLIA1001 Secure Cargo and TLID2004 Load and Unload Goods/Cargo.
- Safety-oriented, with a commitment to following and promoting Make Safe guidelines.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Confident in presenting course theory and practicals to individuals or groups.
- High level of professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Demonstration of high-level interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:
- Experience and knowledge in 4WD, UTV, defensive driving and vehicle recovery.
- Certificate of Competency in TLIC2025, RIIVEH305F and FWPCOT3259.
- Experience in an industry-based RTO or in an in-house training role.
- Participation in ASQA audit.
