What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for P&C queries, supporting managers and employees across the Group. Your work responsibilities will include:

Generalist HR Support:

  • Providing timely, accurate P&C advice aligned with legislation, policies and EBAs.
  • Supporting managers with day‑to‑day P&C queries and escalating matters when needed.
  • Coordinating probation reviews, letters and employee lifecycle documentation.
  • Maintaining HR personnel files and ensuring data accuracy.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Managing end‑to‑end recruitment across the Group.
  • Sitting on interview panels and conducting pre‑employment checks.
  • Supporting hiring managers to deliver a great candidate experience.

Learning & Development:

  • Administering the Group’s e‑Learning platform.
  • Maintaining training records and generating compliance reports.

HR Projects & Reporting:

  • Assisting with Group-wide P&C initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Preparing P&C metrics and monthly reporting.
  • Supporting WorkCover and injury management processes.

 

This role will report to the P&C Business Partner and collaborates closely with the wider P&C Team.

About You

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 

  • A relevant HR qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all levels.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Understanding of the Fair Work Act and Modern Awards (or willingness to learn quickly).

 

Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experiences: 

  • Experience with SuccessFactors and SAP (or similar HRIS platforms).
