About the Role

The Warehouse Officer plays a key role in ensuring the efficient, accurate and safe operation of the Drivetrain warehouse. This position is responsible for the receipt, storage, handling, dispatch and transportation of goods, while maintaining strong inventory control and compliance with all safety standards.

 

A core focus of the role is building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with Drivetrain team members to support effective communication, teamwork and continuous improvement across warehouse and logistics operations. The Warehouse Officer also provides broader operational support to the branch as required, contributing to business objectives, performance targets and a strong safety culture.

 

This role will report to Territory Operations Manager and collaborates closely with the branch.

About You

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 

  • Demonstrated experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Current High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (LF).
  • High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and adapt effectively to changing workloads.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused approach.
  • Sound knowledge of OHS requirements.
  • Proven experience contributing to efficient and well‑organised warehousing operations.

 

Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experiences: 

  • Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Minimum of two years’ warehousing experience within a similar industry.
