Warehouse/Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Drivetrain currently have an exciting full-time opportunity which will incorporate the business functions of Warehousing and Customer Service into the role, based at our facility in Pakenham. This role is responsible for providing assistance to the branch in all support aspects of the business relating to Warehousing and Customer Service. 

 

This role will report to the Territory Operations Manager and collaborates closely with the Pakenham Team.

About You

Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:

  • High-risk Forklift licence (or willing to obtain).

  • Knowledge of OH&S requirements.

  • Warehouse/Sales experience.

  • SAP software experience or similar.

  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Sound time management skills.

  • Ability to plan effectively and prioritise workload.

  • Intermediate skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
