Student & Employment Pathways Adviser
About the Role
The Student & Employment Pathways Manager is responsible for developing and managing sustainable student recruitment, stakeholder engagement and employment pathway initiatives that support organisational growth and positive participant outcomes.
This role will report to Training Manager (QLD) and collaborates closely across the business.
About You
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in student recruitment, employment services, workforce development, business development, or stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with employers, government agencies, community organisations and referral partners.
- Experience working with Workforce Australia providers, employment service providers, training organisations, or similar stakeholders.
- Strong business development and networking skills with the ability to identify and create new opportunities.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:
- Experience within the vocational education and training (VET) sector.
- Knowledge of government-funded training programs and employment services frameworks.
- Understanding of Workforce Australia, Skills First, apprenticeship and traineeship pathways.
- Experience working with Indigenous organisations, schools, community groups and disadvantaged cohorts.
