Training Administration Officer
About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting learning and development through efficient administration? CERT are looking for a detail-oriented Training Administration Officer to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and operational support. In this role, you will manage day-to-day administrative and personnel services, including student enrolments, certificate issuance, and maintaining the student management system. You will be the backbone of our training operations - ensuring students are supported every step of the way through the administration process.
This role will report to Training Operations Co-Ordinator and collaborates closely with the Salisbury Team.
About You
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Confident verbal communicator with active listening skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or a relevant equivalent.
- Sound understanding of training packages and learning programs.
- Hands-on experience with accounts, invoicing, and office business systems.
