About the Role

CERT are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Training Administration Officer on a casual basis to support the day-to-day delivery of training administration and personnel services.
 
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless experience for students and clients by managing enrolments, maintaining the student management system, issuing certificates and supporting all aspects of the administrative training process. Working closely with the Admin Team, you will help coordinate course scheduling, respond to enquiries and contribute to the smooth operation of CERT’s training services
 
This role will report to Training Operations Co-Ordinator and collaborates closely with the Admin Team.

About You

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 

  • High level accurate data entry skills.
  • Effective written communication skills.
  • Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
  • Microsoft Office competency.

 

Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experiences: 

  • Experience using aXcelerate (or similar Student Management Systems), including managing enrolments, student records, reporting and compliance‑related processes.
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • An understanding of training packages and programs.
  • Experience with accounts, invoices and office business systems.
