Payroll Officer
About the Role
Engenco Limited is looking for a dynamic Payroll Officer to join our high-performing Payroll Team. In this pivotal role, you'll deliver accurate, timely end-to-end payroll services across the organisation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.
Beyond day-to-day payroll operations, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance payroll processes, systems and overall service delivery.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Payroll if you haven’t worked with the system before. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team that values knowledge sharing and professional growth – making it an ideal environment to further develop your payroll career.
About You
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing end-to-end payroll processes.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP Payroll (desirable)
- Ability to articulate payroll processes and procedures.
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, and how Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements operate.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
