About the Role

Drivetrain are seeking a customer-focused and commercially minded Customer Service Representative to join our Kalgoorlie team on a permanent full-time basis.

 

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a key role in supporting mechanical sales by providing product advice, processing enquiries and identifying opportunities to drive revenue. Working in a fast-paced, trade-focused environment, you will support both internal and external sales functions, ensuring customers receive timely, accurate and solutions-based service across a range of mechanical and driveline products.

 

A key component of the role will be leveraging SAP and CRM systems to track customer activity, follow up on quotes and enquiries, and proactively identify sales opportunities. You will work closely with the broader sales and business development teams to convert leads, strengthen customer relationships and contribute to branch performance and growth.

 

Reporting to the Branch Administrator, you will collaborate closely with the Kalgoorlie and wider WA teams, while also supporting day-to-day branch operations to ensure a seamless customer and sales experience.

About You

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 

  • Experience in a customer service or internal sales role.
  • Strong numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficient in CRM and ERP platforms (SAP, Pronto, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

 

Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experiences: 

  • Knowledge of Drivetrain, heavy vehicle, or workshop operations.
  • Previous exposure with internals sales and customer service.
  • Warehousing, inventory, or logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with safety, compliance, and operational demands in high volume facility settings.
